Hobey Bauhan, RC&D Associate Member, Virginia Poultry Federation.  Mr. Bauhan is president of  the Virginia Poultry Federation.  Prior to joining VPF, Mr. Bauhan had nearly a decade of government-related experience, including holding several positions with the administration of former Virginia governor George Allen, including senior policy advisor at the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality, special assistant to the Secretary of Natural Resources, and Acting Executive Director of the Chesapeake Bay Local Assistance Department.  He also served as legislative director to U.S. Representative George Allen, and legislative assistant to U.S. Representative D. French Slaughter, Jr.  Mr. Bauhan grew up in Goochland County, VA, and graduated from Washington and Lee University.  He and his wife Ginna have two children.
